The Fat Transfer process is typically only 1-2 hours long. For the comfort of our clients, we use a local anesthetic during the procedure. During your consultation, Dr. Ambay will determine the best area to collect the fatty tissues for transfer. Excess fat can be removed from your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. It is then immediately transferred into the face or other areas of the body to improve lines, wrinkles, and hollowness.
Our team will walk you through what to expect after the procedure. The recovery time for Fat Transfer is very minimal, offering no downtime. No incisions or stitches are involved in the procedure, and patients are often able to return to normal activities the very same day.
