Fat Transfer, also referred to as “Fat Grafting” or “Fat Injections,” from Ambay Plastic Surgery can be very effective for patients who would like to enhance the appearance of the breasts. This “natural” Breast Augmentation technique takes excess fat cells from one area of the body and injects them into the breasts to give them a fuller appearance.
Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer can be performed to help patients add volume to the breasts without the need for breast implants, or to further improve the results of a traditional Breast Augmentation. It can also be effective in Breast Reconstruction procedures to help patients achieve a softer and more natural-looking breast. One of the many benefits of this procedure is that it essentially gives you two body contouring treatments in one – Liposuction of the area where fat cells will be harvested and augmentation of the breasts for a more shapely appearance.
In the first step of the Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer procedure, Dr. Raj Ambay will perform liposuction on a predetermined area. This area can include the thighs, abdomen or buttocks. The extracted fat cells are purified and then meticulously injected into the breast tissue to create a fuller appearance.
