We will then send you our practice information and paperwork to review and complete at your leisure. Once we receive the forms, we can schedule a consultation via Skype™ video chat. This Internet application allows Dr. Ambay to see and speak with you from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Once the video session is finished, you can complete your laboratory tests and studies at a time convenient for you. Simply send the results to our office, and we will contact you to schedule a time for your surgery. During the course of this process, our friendly and knowledgeable medical team is available to answer any questions and concerns. They will also provide a detailed cost break down, and there will be a flat fee assessed for the Skype™ virtual appointment. Once your operation is planned, you can arrive for an in-person consultation and preoperative visit.
